Before I give you more information about the Fitworker 360 System, I thought it would be helpful to explain why I offer this specific pre-employment service.

I have spent my whole career (nearly 5 years, specialising in occupational health and pre-employments). During this time I have helped develop pre-employment evaluation systems and worked with all of the other systems in the country. No matter how 'extensive or realistic the testing is', it was always missing one key component!

Psychometrics. Just because an applicant is super fit does not mean they wont injure themselves, or be a good fit for the company. I always believed there was a better holistic way to assess an applicant. The easiest way I can explain this is by telling a short story.

A common theme I noticed when I was working in the mines (as a physio) is that there is always an old bloke in the workshop, usually a diesel fitter who never injured himself. What was the point of hiring the fit person if they were gonna hurt themselves anyway? What was the point of that fancy assessment?
